Since going gluten-free, I have been a) altering my go-to recipes to make them gluten free, and b) going out of my comfort zone and trying new recipes. The latter is very anxiety-inducing for me, but the payback from trying to make something new is well worth it. I encourage you to do the same :-)

  1. These recipes are wonderful. Are you able to label the applicable recipes as gluten free/dairy free or gluten free/vegan? I am also dairy free and a lot of celiacs are dairy free as well as gluten free. I am used to looking in the recipe for dairy contents, but if it’s marked, it makes it easier to skim over the recipe.
